The Red Fox Elbrus Race

The wind was ice cold and strong enough to bring me out of balance, it felt like −20 °C. Me and my friend Christoph Moser were approaching the summit plateau of Mt. Elbrus (5642 m a.s.l.) with aluminum crampons on our feet and light ski-mountaineering racing skis on our backs.
